Directions:
1/8 oz- This lure is outstanding for sight fishing or backing fish. This lure has a stealthy soft landing. Cast the lure 3 ft in front of the fishes path. (8/10lb test best) When the fish approaches the lure, slide or move it just enough to catch the fishes attention. Be subtle, fish in shallow water are spooky! Or, blind cast the lure around oyster bars at low tide and gently hop the lure back through slews, washouts, and depressions.
1/4 oz- Most versatile weight. Hop the lure around edges of oysters, shell bars, channel edges and holes letting the lure fall keeping in touch with the lure so you feel the strike. Also used for sight fishing in slightly deeper water.
3/8oz- Best for working steeper drop offs, holes or getting to the bottom fast. Also, retrieve the lure with an erratic pattern off the bottom for suspending fish.** All lures can be tipped with a small piece of bait local to your area.
** Tie lures with a loop knot and fluorocarbon leader for best results
